REFUND POLICY

Article 6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L121-21 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen working days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty.

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must complete and send the form available at the bottom of the page entitled "Withdrawal form" within fourteen working days from the date of receipt of the order.

The products must be returned in their original packaging, without having been used, accompanied by the initial signed delivery slip.

Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

 

Article 7. Delivery

The delivery of the Products will take place, after registration of the payment of the Order, to the delivery address indicated by the CLIENT during the placing of the Order. An e-mail will be sent to the CUSTOMER to inform of the shipment of the Products. The CUSTOMER has the option of choosing between different means of delivery.

The shipping costs are calculated according to the method of delivery chosen (home, relay point, post office, etc.), the weight of the package and the place of destination.

Delivery times are only given as an indication, if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the Customer refunded.

 

Article 8. Warranty

All the products offered by the company LAS CHACHITAS on the site https://www.laschachitas.com benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned to the company LAS CHACHITAS which will take it back, exchange it or refund it. All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by post to the following address: LAS CHACHITAS, 29 allée du parc, 13770 VENELLES, within thirty days of delivery.
